History
In the winter of 1952, Michael Tempchin, a retired IRS agent opened Tempchin Accounting in Washington D.C. Michael’s son, Jordan, joined the staff in 1965. Five years later, Jordan assumed control of the company, which required the name change to Jordan Tempchin & Associates, PC.
In 1976, the company relocated to Silver Spring, MD. In 2000, Jordan’s son, Robert, joined the firm as a third generation accountant.
With a legacy of dedication, professionalism, hard work and integrity, Jordan Tempchin & Associates has been serving the Washington area for over 55 years.
